In Cecileboutique.com we guarantee the freshness and quality of our floral arrangements. If by any means you feel dissatisfied please contact us at +5491140466006. Because flowers rot quickly, the time to initiate a complaint is up to  48 hours after you’ve received the bouquet. 

A member of our team will personally make sure of any questions you may have. We usually respond in the lapse of an hour if the message arrives in our attention times. If not, we will assess you the following day.

Hour hand: 

  • Mondays to Saturdays 10:00-19:00

  • Sundays 10:00-18:00

Please, do not reach us through social media because we can´t guarantee the reception of your message at the right time If your complaint is because of the quality of the flowers you will have to add a picture of the problem.
