Membership

How does the membership method work? The subscription to flower bouquets it’s an easy way of having weekly fresh flowers to beautify your home. After your first purchase, our florists will reach you so that they can get to know your tastes, according to your budget. To see the different flower bouquets we offer, you may click here. You can either take it out at our shop in Nordelta from 10 to 17 or have it delivered to your house for an additional cost. 

Does it include shipment? The delivery has an additional cost. You can click here and buy the subscription of 1 weekly delivery for 1 month. However, you can also take it out in our shop in Nordelta on the arranged day from 10 to 17. 

When does my order arrive? If you chose the home delivery option, your order will arrive on the arranged day from 8 to 13 or 13 to 18, you can arrange it at +5491140466006 

Shopping

Are pots included in the price of the bouquet? No, they are not. You can, however, add them to your purchase for an additional cost. 

Are chocolates included in the price of the bouquet? The bouquets found in our section “Bouquets and chocolates” do include the price of the bonbons to the final price. All the other bouquets do not. You may, however, add them to your purchase for an additional cost.

I can’t add my bouquet to the shopping cart, what’s happening? Please remember that before adding a product to the shopping cart you must fill all the fields that show up at the right of the bouquet. If you don’t fill all the required fields the page will not let you continue to the cart.

What is purchaser info? The purchaser data is the information we need of the person who is doing the purchase. If this person is the same that is receiving the bouquet at the address please select the option “My delivery and billing address is the same”. 

What is addressee info? The section “Addressee info” must be completed only if the address of the person that is doing the purchase is not the same as the person who is receiving it (for example, if you wish to gift). These fields must be completed with the information of whoever is receiving the order. This way we make sure that our personalized chauffeur makes the delivery at the right address.

How does PayPal work? Select this option if you wish to pay with foreign currency. You’ll see how the price in your shopping cart turns to dollars. When you click the button PAY you will be redirected to the official site where you will be able to finish your purchase in a safe way while protecting your data. As soon as the payment is registered we will contact you.

How does Mercado Pago work? Choose this option if you wish to pay with a debit or credit card. DISCLAIMER: It is not necessary for you to have or create a Mercado Pago account. Once you’ve completed your data and clicked the button “Continue” you will be redirected to the official site of Mercado Pago where you will be able to continue your purchase in a safe way while protecting your data. As soon as the payment is registered we will contact you. This form of payment has a 5% discount on the total of your purchase.

How does the bank transfer work? Once you’ve completed the purchaser info and selected the date and time of the shipment, choose the option “Bank Transfer”. The info of the account which you’ll have to transfer will show up on your screen once you click PAY. Your order will be delivered once the payment is authorized. This form of payment has a 5% discount on the total of your purchase.
